What’s the first step? Contacting us! Tell us about your project! You can contact us via email or through our our quote form. Please send a brief description of your project, requirements, budget & timeline. We’ll be in touch to set up an initial consultation.

Initial call

During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your project in more depth. We will ask you to describe your project & objectives, and will get a better understanding on how your team operates. It is also an opportunity for you to get to know Harley Oliver, ask us questions, and ultimately decide if we are the right fit for you. During this call we’ll discuss current and future objectives and begin forming a scope of work. If needed, we may schedule a follow-up call to further scope your project.

Scope of Work

After our call, we will share an outline of the scope of work and a budgetary estimate based on our initial understanding of the scope. This will be handed off via email or Google Doc so we can both review, revise and determine if you would like to move forward with engagement.

Review & Approve

If you like what you see, the next step is to approve the scope of work! We’ll then formalize the scope and service agreement outlining further details for us to review, redline and e-sign to begin the engagement!

With the accepted scope and timeline in place, we now move forward with the project build up and kickoff!
